INFLATABLE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND LIABILITY WAIVER

This Rental Agreement is made between 3Js Bounce N Party (Lessor) and the Customer (Lessee) for the rental of inflatable equipment and/or other party equipment.

By signing this agreement, the Lessee acknowledges that he/she has read, understands, and agrees to the following terms and conditions.


1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF INSTRUCTIONS

The Lessee acknowledges that he/she has been fully instructed on the safe operation of the JUMP unit and any other rental equipment provided by 3Js Bounce N Party.

The Lessee agrees to follow all safety rules and operating instructions.


2. RESPONSIBILITY FOR EQUIPMENT

The Lessee accepts full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period and agrees to return all equipment in the same condition as received, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

If the equipment is not returned, the Lessee agrees to pay $5,000.00 for replacement of the unit.

Any damage caused by negligence will be charged as follows:

  • Minimum repair charge: $100
  • Labor: $50 per hour plus materials

3. MAINTENANCE

The Lessee agrees to maintain the equipment in good condition during the rental period and not to misuse or abuse the equipment.


4. ALTERATIONS

No alterations, modifications, or attachments may be made to the equipment without prior written consent from 3Js Bounce N Party.


5. WARRANTY

3Js Bounce N Party warrants that the equipment will be in good working condition at the time of delivery.

If equipment failure occurs, the responsibility of 3Js Bounce N Party is limited to repair or replacement of the equipment, at its discretion.

3Js Bounce N Party shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the equipment.


6. OWNERSHIP OF EQUIPMENT

All rental equipment remains the property of 3Js Bounce N Party.

The Lessee agrees not to:

  • Sublease the equipment
  • Sell the equipment
  • Move the equipment from the delivery address
  • Transfer possession of the equipment

3Js Bounce N Party reserves the right to retrieve the equipment after the rental period ends.


7. LIABILITY WAIVER

The Lessee assumes full responsibility for the operation and supervision of the JUMP unit and all other rental equipment.

3Js Bounce N Party, including its officers, employees, and agents, shall not be held liable for any injuries to the Lessee or to any other persons using the equipment, including but not limited to:

  • Jump units / bounce houses
  • Cotton candy machines
  • Sno-cone machines
  • Popcorn machines
  • Generators

The Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 3Js Bounce N Party from any claims, damages, legal fees, or expenses arising from the use or operation of the equipment.


8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document represents the entire agreement between 3Js Bounce N Party and the Lessee.

The Lessee confirms that the equipment was received in good working condition.

Payment Policy:
Checks are not accepted. Payment must be made by cash or credit card only.


9. WEATHER / RAIN POLICY

During severe weather conditions (such as rain, strong winds, or storms), 3Js Bounce N Party reserves the right to cancel the reservation for safety reasons.

If weather conditions are mild, the Lessee may choose whether to continue the rental.

If the Lessee chooses to keep the equipment during the rental period, no refunds will be issued.


10. SAFETY RULES FOR JUMP UNIT

For the safety of all participants, the following rules must be followed:

  • All riders must remove shoes before entering the unit.
  • No flips or rough play allowed.
  • Adult supervision is required at all times.
  • Do not allow riders of significantly different sizes or ages to jump together.
  • No food, drinks, gum, candy, or sticky substances inside the unit.
  • NO Silly String allowed. If cleaning is required upon pickup, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged.
  • Do not move the unit from the installed location.
  • Keep the unit away from swimming pools or water.

The safety of all riders is the responsibility of the Lessee.


11. EQUIPMENT SAFETY (MACHINES & GENERATORS)

For cotton candy machines, sno-cone machines, popcorn machines, and generators:

  • Never service equipment while plugged in.
  • Use grounded electrical outlets only.
  • Ensure the switch is in the OFF position before plugging in.
  • Never leave equipment unattended while running.
  • Children must not operate equipment.
  • Never touch hot or moving parts.
  • Never refill a generator with gasoline while the engine is hot.

12. INFLATABLE DEFLATION PROCEDURE

If the inflatable unit begins to deflate:

  1. Assist all children in exiting the unit immediately.
  2. Check the following:
  • The blower motor connection at the electrical outlet.
  • Extension cord length (do not exceed 100 feet of heavy-duty extension cord).
  • Air intake for blockage.
  • Air tubes at the back of the inflatable to ensure they are properly secured.
